  • By registering for this event, you are agreeing that you understand that no ALWAYS means no.
  • You agree that you will ask for verbal and enthusiastic consent BEFORE intentionally touching another person, at this and all other New York City Hash House Harriers events.
  • You agree that consumption of alcohol, marijuana or any other substances does not excuse nonconsensual touch.
  • You agree that intoxicated consent is not consent.
  • You agree that any individual who violates this consent policy immediately renounces membership of and affiliation with the New York City Hash House Harriers, and will immediately be removed and banned from this, any and all NYCH3 events with no refunds.
  • You agree that consent is sexy!
  • Put the right info in. Yes, this is a hash, but yes, we need your real information for you to attend. If, G forbid, something happens to you while you are with us, we will need your real information to help you.
  • We will likely have a liability waiver for you to sign at some point. By registering, you agree that you will sign and return to us this liability waiver or that you will not attend the part of the event that requires it.
  • By registering, you are entering into a "Hold Harmless" agreement. This agreement shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the New York City Hash House Harriers and all its members (including but not limited to Kyle Gorjanc, Greg LaFauci, John Clem, and Patrick Keating) from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, and/or injury of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any why whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of the New York City Hash House Harriers, its officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, invitees or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees and related costs or expenses and any reimbursements to the New York City Hash House Harriers and all its members for all legal fees, expenses and costs incurred by it.
